Sreenadh S is a Scientist E within the Hardware Design Group at C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram, where he contributes to the Microprocessor development programme. In this role, he leads and mentors a 16-member engineering team specializing in embedded software development for the verification, validation, and demonstration of in-house developed 64-bit RISC-V ISA-based processors, custom peripherals, and System-on-Chips (SoCs). Sreenadh has extensive hands-on expertise in embedded software design, encompassing baremetal device driver development for interfaces like USB, Ethernet, and SATA, as well as Linux porting and device driver development for custom peripherals including QSPI, I2C, PLIC, and GMAC.
