He has over 16 years of industry experience in leading companies which includes BEML Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Stellantis and Ola Electric . He is the recipient of Gold Medal award 2015 and 2019 from Indian Value Engineering Society . Dr.P.Arjunraj is also the recipient of Distinguished Service Award 2021, Presidential Citation Award 2023 and Miles Value Foundation Paper of the Year 2016 from SAVE International USA
