Ankita Sabharwal is a Partner at Chadha & Chadha, where she heads the Data Privacy and Technology Law practice. She advises domestic and multinational clients on data protection, cybersecurity, and intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
