Hands-On Learning
- This is not a lecture — it’s a working session. Participants will:
- Map their current business operations across six functions and identify their biggest manual bottlenecks and time sinks (the “Aam Zindagi Audit”)
- Evaluate real AI use cases — from AI calling agents for lead qualification to predictive project scheduling — and mark which ones apply to their business
- Score their top use cases on a prioritisation matrix (impact vs. ease of adoption)
- Run each selected use case through the A.I.M.P.A.C.T. Adoption Scorecard to test whether their team will actually use what gets built
- Build a concrete 90-day pilot plan: tool shortlist, internal champion, success metric, and review checkpoints at Day 30/60/90
- Exchange insights with peers from different industries — cross-pollinating ideas and approaches
- Every participant walks out with a completed A.I.M.P.A.C.T. Roadmap worksheet tailored to their own business.
What Should You Already Know to Learn and Benefit?
- Nothing technical. There are no prerequisites in AI, coding, or data science.
- You should come with a working knowledge of how your own business runs — your key departments, your team structure, your biggest operational pain points, and an honest sense of where time and money are being wasted today.
- The framework is taught from scratch during the session. If you can describe what your business does and where it struggles, you’re ready.
What Do You Need to Bring to Attend?
- A laptop, tablet, or notebook for working through the exercises
- A willingness to be honest about how your business actually operates today — not how the brochure says it should
- Optionally: bring a colleague (a functional head or operations lead) who can provide ground-level detail on workflows and bottlenecks during the exercises
- No software installations or downloads are required. All workshop materials including the A.I.M.P.A.C.T. Roadmap worksheet will be provided.

- Collar/lapel microphone (the facilitator will move through the room during interactive segments)
- Classroom or cabaret-style seating preferred (participants need a writing surface for the worksheet exercises)

- Format: Facilitator-led with five structured exercises, peer discussion segments, and a closing Q&A
